The grievance will be automatically assigned to relevant department stakeholders (Administrative Secretaries of all the departments of Govt of Punjab and Deputy Commissioners). Stakeholders will have to respond in defined timelines and shared the action taken details pertaining to the grievance.
Citizens can track the status of their grievance during the complete life-cycle.
